Pine-Richland High School Symposium Essays

Links to essays are below.  I am not criticizing the quality of the students' work, or necessarily blaming them for the leftist ideas that are consistently expressed, but have been trying to show that the students have been influenced to this viewpoint.  The comments posted by students and others throughout this blog completely confirm the Progressive nature of this district.  I also have never said that I think a right wing Christian viewpoint should be imposed; I believe that facts should be presented in an unbiased fashion, and that the students should write using their own personal views and not using a secular humanist viewpoint (humanism has been ruled a religion in the courts).  Hopefully some good changes will come after the current Superintendent's contract is up, and with some changes in the Academic Achievement Committee who has approved this Symposium again for next year.
